They say,

But I think that’s all just hearsay
Who knows what heals your wounds?
It could be tender, love and care
It could be causing others harm,
So that they experience your pain

It could be
your own meditation practice
Through Namaste
that allows you to forgive
And forget

Who determines
the healing process
which one must undergo,
in order to live a normal life
after traumatic experiences?

You are the yogi and the master
You must align your chakras
to find your internal
And external state of mind

Only you can decide
when you will let go
and be at peace
Will you heal and meditate?
Or deal and medicate?
