From July 2017-2018, I worked as the Marketing Assistant at Advanced DDS & Advanced Children’s Dentistry, one of the top dental offices in Long Island, New York. My job responsibilities included:

• Posting updates, providing marketing tracking, and analyzing local trends for the company’s social media sites

• Writing blogs for the adults and pediatric websites (gallery below)
• Using Adobe Creative Suite to create graphics, images, and infographics
• Prepare mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics, arranging printing and packaging
• Support marketing team in organizing various projects
• Edit & Publish Patient Video Testimonials to YouTube & company website(s)

• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Handling the patient/new patient recall/treatment campaign

  • call and text patients to schedule appointments
